METCO Environmental has been serving the Power Industry since 1978. We have the technical experience to provide efficient testing, cost effectively, for any size project.

• Accuracy for Part 75 RATAs conducted since 1995 have resulted in reduced frequency testing of greater than 98%.
• Cumulative lost time due to the Reference Method equipment failure since 1995 has been less than 2 days.
• Recognized leader for Mercury Testing at Coal-Fired Power Plants.
• Perform Engineering Studies, Performance Tests, and Manufacturers Performance Specifications Testing of new control devices.
• Participated in Research Projects for Type S Pitot and Method 2H and 3D Studies.

• 40 CFR 75 Compliance Requirements for Acid Rain Monitoring Program.

METCO Environmental also provides real time measurements of emissions utilizing on-line emission monitors.  We also perform Part 75 testing, detailed here.

Qualifications & Experience
METCO Environmental has set the standard for engineering excellence in the specialized field of air quality studies since 1978, sampling over 10,000 stacks in the United States and abroad. Foreign countries in which we have done work include Mexico, Venezuela, Guatemala, Germany, Korea, Israel, and Puerto Rico.

All calibrations are performed in METCO Environmental's own facilities utilizing its own wind tunnel, a feature unique to our company. METCO participates in the EPA's Quality Assurance Program.
